You take part in the selection process and hold a veto over who joins your team. Selected agents complete our trainee programme, and every training session is documented so no knowledge gets lost. All of our leads started out as agents themselves.

    Founded

    Baruti GmbH is founded in the canton of St. Gallen. The founders see the potential of Kosovo's German-speaking population and choose Prishtina as their location.

    Certified to DIN ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001, Baruti becomes a certified BPO company.

    A major contract with an international logistics group: in just three months the team grows from 100 to 200 people.

    A large inbound travel contract for ab-in-den-urlaub.de, fluege.de and tourini.de, including PCI DSS certification.
